At Prints Nexus, we want your experience to be seamless—from checkout to delivery. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. We aim to deliver your items quickly, safely, and at fair shipping rates.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order on printsnexus.com, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, such as holiday sales or clearance events, order processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
If we anticipate any significant delay in shipment, you’ll be notified promptly by email or phone.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories, including the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you reside outside the United States and wish to purchase our products, please contact info@printsnexus.com to discuss possible arrangements or future availability.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with leading shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated transit times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

5. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders above $49.
- Flat Rate Shipping Fee applies to orders below $49 (the exact rate will appear at checkout).
- Expedited or Priority Shipping costs are displayed before payment and depend on product weight and location.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes at checkout where required.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier link.
- Click the link in your shipping confirmation email, or
- Visit the “Track My Order” section on our website and enter your order number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
7. Delivery Process
Deliveries are made during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM local time).
If you’re not available at the time of delivery:
- The courier may leave a notice card with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
- In some cases, the package may be left in a secure location (porch, mailbox, or reception).
We recommend tracking your shipment regularly to ensure timely receipt.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays (e.g., weather events, customs checks, or courier issues).
- Check the tracking number to confirm the shipment status.
- Contact the courier directly for any active investigations.
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days of the estimated date, contact us at info@printsnexus.com and include your order number. We’ll open an inquiry with the carrier and provide either a replacement or a refund once the issue is confirmed.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items:
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be required for a claim.
We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
10. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping information (name, address, phone number) is accurate at checkout.
- If a wrong or incomplete address is provided, Prints Nexus is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable packages.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect details, the buyer may be charged a reshipping fee to send it again.
Always double-check your details before confirming your order.
11. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.
12. Pre-Order or Back-Ordered Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be marked as Pre-Order or Back-Order on the product page. You’ll be notified of the expected shipping timeframe before completing your purchase. Once restocked, these orders are given priority processing and shipped first.
13. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
- If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept the package, the item may be returned to our warehouse.
- A restocking fee or reshipping cost may apply.
- Refunds (if eligible) will exclude the original shipping cost.
14. Weather, Holidays & Unforeseen Delays
Delivery times may be affected during:
- National holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier strikes or logistic disruptions
