End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement governs your use of the PrintsNexus website and the services provided on it (the Platform). Access or use of the Platform is an agreement that you will comply with this Agreement. You must resign immediately in the event of a conflict.
1. License Grant
Under this Agreement and the law, PrintsNexus offers you limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive access and use of the Platform either personally or on behalf of an approved business.
2. User Responsibilities
You are consenting to the Platform, that you will:
- The platform should be legitimately used.
- Reporting of proper account data.
- Have passwords to your login.
- Prohibition: Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or pursue any unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Do not share destructive, deceitful, or malicious content.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- No copying, editing, or transfer of platform content without permission.
- Turn off security settings or destroy system functionality.
- NO Use scrapers, bots, or hacks.
- Unlawful Use of Intellectual Property Rights.
4. Proprietorship and Intellectual Property
All the trademarks, graphics, descriptions of the products, text, images, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of PrintsNexus or the companies that license it. Without permission, you do not have the right to copy and use or otherwise use the content.
5. Termination and Suspension of Account
PrintsNexus may either suspend or cancel access in case:
- You violate this Agreement
- Fraud or malicious operation is detected.
- Authoritative request or required by law.
By terminating, you lose your right to use the Platform automatically.
6. Limitation of Liability
PrintsNexus is not liable to the full extent as is permissible by law:
- Incidental, Indirect, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profit, data, and/or system.
- Misuse or interruptions of 3rd parties that are not under our control.
In any case, the limit of the liability will not exceed the cost of the purchased product or service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided in as-is and as-available condition. PrintsNexus does not provide any guarantee of continuous availability, usage, or compatibility with other devices.
8. Governing Law
The rules and regulations of this Agreement are subject to the USA without necessarily taking into consideration the conflict of laws. The USA-based courts can solve any disputes.
9. Changes to This Agreement
PrintsNexus is free to amend this EULA. Use of updates means that one accepts updated terms.
