We are interested in your fulfillment. We have a transparent and easy-to-use policy of returns and money back to safeguard your interests as a buyer and guarantee you have had a good experience with every purchase.

1. Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right through a replacement or full refund, simple and fair.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible.

Note: Opened ink cartridges or toner cannot be returned if the security seal is broken unless the item is defective.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Email info@printsnexus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and a return authorization.
  • Once approved, send the item back to the address provided.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or defective items.
  • If you received free shipping and return the item for reasons other than defects, a small restocking or shipping adjustment may apply.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, take a clear photo of the item and packaging.
  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
  • Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process instead.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your payment provider.
  • If the issue persists, email us at info@printsnexus.com and we’ll assist promptly.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
